With a solid foundation in food science and technology, Bernard has honed his expertise through hands-on experience at the highest levels of our exciting and diverse industry.
Throughout his career, Bernard has held roles such as CEO and Managing Director of Food & Technology businesses in both the UK and Australia. His leadership and strategic vision have propelled organisations, driving innovation and fostering growth in competitive markets.
His successes saw him working across the globe in the UK, Europe, Turkey, China, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and New Zealand. His insights into international markets and cross-cultural dynamics enable him to provide invaluable guidance to clients with global aspirations.
Since founding ParkerFood Pty Limited Consultancy in 2013, Bernard has served a diverse clientele ranging from large-scale food manufacturers to ambitious startups in the Agrifood and food and beverage sectors.
